m444 Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Legal Agreement

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "m444," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the m444 platform at m444.biz, operating under international gaming licence authority.
• "Platform" refers to the m444 website at m444.biz, including all pages, products, services, games, sportsbook, bingo, slots, and any mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "Account" means a registered player account on the m444 Platform, which holds a PKR balance and access to all available products.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the m444 Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, event, or outcome available through the m444 Platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, matched deposit, free spins, cashback, or other incentive offered by m444 to Players, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all m444 transactions are denominated.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process m444 may require any Player to complete at any time.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-down periods, and self-exclusion features available within a Player's m444 account settings.

2.1 Age Requirement. Registration and use of the m444 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform. This requirement is non-negotiable and will be enforced through KYC verification.

2.2 Legal Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you and that you are not subject to any court order or legal restriction prohibiting participation in online gambling.

2.3 Jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the Platform. m444 makes no representation that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in any particular jurisdiction.

2.4 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one m444 account at any given time. Creating duplicate accounts, including accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing a suspension, or evading a self-exclusion, is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.

2.5 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your real full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. Providing false information is a material breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure.

3.1 Account Ownership. Your m444 account is personal to you and must not be shared with, transferred to, or operated by any other person, including family members, friends, or third parties.

3.2 Password Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. m444 staff will never ask for your password. Any unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate password security is your responsibility.

3.3 Notification of Breach. If you suspect that your m444 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify m444 immediately via live chat at [email protected]. m444 will take prompt action to secure the account upon verification of your identity.

3.4 Two-Factor Authentication. m444 offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional security measure. While 2FA is optional, m444 strongly recommends all Players enable it to protect their PKR balance and personal data.

3.5 Dormant Accounts. An account that has not been accessed for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. m444 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts and to request re-verification before restoring access to the account balance.

4.1 Currency. All deposits, wagers, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals on the m444 Platform are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied to transactions on the Platform.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. m444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods:

4.3 Own-Name Payments. You may only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. m444 reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a payment method not registered to the account holder.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. m444 may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending KYC completion. Once approved, withdrawals will be processed as per the timelines set out in Section 4.2.

4.5 Fees. m444 does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals to JazzCash or EasyPaisa. Bank transfer fees, if any, are governed by the respective financial institution's terms and are the Player's responsibility.

5.1 Eligibility. Bonuses and promotional offers are available to eligible registered m444 Players in accordance with the specific terms published for each promotion. Players who have self-excluded or who are under account restrictions may not be eligible for promotional offers.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the terms of each individual promotion and may vary.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses expire thirty (30) days from the date of credit to a Player's account. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.

5.4 One Bonus Per Household. Promotional offers are limited to one per household, per device, and per IP address. Multiple accounts in the same household claiming the same promotion will be subject to investigation and potential reversal of bonus credits.

5.5 Bonus Abuse. m444 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, exploiting a technical error in a promotion, or using automated betting strategies in conjunction with bonus funds.

5.6 Variation and Withdrawal. m444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to accounts prior to the modification date.

6.1 General Rules. All wagers placed on the m444 Platform are subject to the specific game or event rules applicable at the time of the bet. In the event of a conflict between general terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on m444. These limits are displayed within each game or betting interface and are subject to change by m444 without notice.

6.3 Void Bets. A wager may be declared void by m444 in the following circumstances: technical malfunction of the game or platform; incorrect odds published due to manifest error; event cancellation or abandonment (per sport-specific rules); or any other circumstance that renders the settlement of a bet impossible or inequitable.

6.4 Palpable Errors. m444 reserves the right to void any bet accepted at odds or game conditions that were clearly the result of a palpable error (e.g., significantly incorrect odds due to a data feed error). In such cases, affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned.

6.5 Sports Betting Specific Rules. All sports bets, including cricket (PSL, international matches), football, UFC, and kabaddi, are subject to specific sport rules available from the m444 sportsbook interface. In-play betting decisions (acceptance and settlement) are final subject to the applicable event rules.

6.6 RNG and Live Casino. All RNG (Random Number Generator) games and live casino games on m444 are supplied by certified third-party studios and are subject to independent testing for fairness. m444 accepts no liability for game errors arising from the game studio's software.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the m444 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions:

• Registering or accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Registering more than one account, or registering an account using a false identity;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform for money laundering;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or betting market;
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or unintended functionality to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in chargebacks or dispute reversals through a payment provider after receiving services from m444;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing m444 staff or other Players;
• Any form of match-fixing, corruption, or insider knowledge exploitation in sports betting markets.

8.1 Player Responsibility. Gambling involves financial risk. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make when using the m444 Platform and for ensuring that your gambling behaviour remains within responsible limits. m444 strongly encourages all Players to gamble for entertainment, not as a source of income.

8.2 Available Tools. m444 provides all Players with access to the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from account settings:

• Deposit Limits — daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits — caps on the net losses you are prepared to sustain in a given period;
• Session Time Limits — alerts and automatic logout after a defined period of play;
• Cool-Down Periods — temporary account access restrictions of 24 hours to 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion — voluntary, minimum 6-month exclusion from the Platform, extendable indefinitely.

8.3 Self-Exclusion Irrevocability. Once a self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the minimum exclusion period expires. m444 will not reinstate excluded accounts within the exclusion period, regardless of the reason stated by the Player.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the m444 Platform, including but not limited to the m444 name, logo, design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and any other materials, are the proprietary intellectual property of m444 or its licensed partners and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Licence to Use. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, m444 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only.

9.3 Prohibited Use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, frame, or otherwise exploit any element of the m444 Platform without prior written consent from m444.

10.1 No Guarantee of Winnings. m444 does not guarantee that you will win any particular amount or that your participation in any game or betting market will result in a profit. All gambling outcomes involve an element of chance, and past results are not indicative of future outcomes.

10.2 Service Availability. m444 makes reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. m444 accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, third-party service disruptions, or scheduled maintenance.

10.3 Maximum Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, m444's aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10.4 Consequential Loss. m444 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including lost profits, lost data, or reputational damage, whether or not m444 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.1 Termination by m444. m444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity;
• Confirmed underage access;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Regulatory or licensing authority direction;
• Repeated violation of responsible gaming boundaries.

11.2 Termination by Player. You may request closure of your m444 account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected]. Any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (net of pending bonuses subject to active wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

11.3 Survival. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on prohibited conduct, intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall remain in full force and effect after termination of your account.

12.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which m444's international gaming licence is issued.

12.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and m444 regarding the outcome of a game, the settlement of a bet, or any aspect of your account, you must first contact m444 support to attempt an informal resolution. m444 will respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

12.3 Escalation. If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to the licensing authority under which m444 operates, in accordance with that authority's complaints procedure. Players retain all statutory rights to seek recourse through applicable courts.

12.4 Language. These Terms and Conditions are published in English. In the event of any translation of these terms into another language, the English version shall prevail in the case of any conflict or inconsistency.

13.1 Right to Amend. m444 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page at m444.biz/terms-conditions, with the effective date noted at the top of the document.

13.2 Notification. For material changes to these Terms, m444 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or on-site notification. Continued use of the m444 Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.

13.3 Review. m444 encourages all Players to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations. It is your responsibility to remain up to date with the current version of these Terms.
